Responsibilities Basic HTML formatting of website content and inventory product descriptions
Website photo updates – downloading, ordering, and posting using VR photo tool
Research work for destination web sites – activities, restaurants, shopping, etc.
Managing destination inventory (quality control, description modification, modifying sort order, etc…)
Address entry for website mapping and neighborhood assignment
Inputting vendor specials, managing vendor promotions
Maintain and modify supplier volume tracking spreadsheets
Building a new supplier in the system, adding new rates, fulfillment information and all information necessary to launch a new supplier
Updating rate changes (prices/rates change frequently)
Managing data related tickets
Fulfillment of vacation services where an automated gateway/connection is not available
Working quarantine property queue – photos, descriptions, miscellaneous
