Requirements:
Formal training including hygiene Ability to lead a small kitchen of 5-7 people, leadership skills are necessary. Ordering, receiving, stock rotation, costing, wastage, menu planning, good organizational skills etc Must be skilled in international food preparation, British food a bonus. Creativity is important.
